• Work with Receivables and Payables for Factory and Various Accounts schedules.
• File claims on rebates.
• Toyota care services.
• Process Vehicle Service Contracts such as GAP Insurance with Franchise.
• Daily Deposit Reconciliation.
• Reviews accounts receivable on a weekly basis.
• Researches and solves payment discrepancies.
• Processes payments and credits.
• Makes adjustments to accounts as needed.
• General ledger account reconciliation.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

• Must have 2-5 years Accounting experience.
• Accounting degree preferred (not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities and work as a team.
• Must be detail orientated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
