This position will be located in our Tustin, CA office. 

 

We are seeking a Curious and Self-Motivated Marketing Account Manager with a strong analytical sense who wants to build a career as an expert automotive marketing professional.

 

This role requires a strong self-starter and someone who can connect the dots across functional teams and brands. We want someone who welcomes a team focus, is communication-driven, and strives to provide the best possible marketing solution to meet the various brands' needs. Responsibilities

  • Be the “go to” resource between Store leadership and the internal Marketing team, reporting directly to the Managing Account Manager.
  • Lead marketing analysis and strategic guidance for approximately ten dealerships, with leadership in vendor partner management.
  • Interface in person with dealership General Managers and other store leadership on a twice-annual minimum basis.
  • Become a trusted key member of the OREMOR Marketing Team, while also being a valuable member of the OREMOR Automotive Group.
  • Facilitate the communication and sharing of strategy, timeline, and tools with cross-functional partners (Paid Search, SEO, OTT, traditional media, website UX, etc.).
  • Be the designated brand advocate, consistently collecting, analyzing, and communicating needs, plans, and marketplace realities to ensure the dealership management teams have everything they need for success.
  • Manage digital assets + work closely with Agency partners, overseeing OEM Brand compliance, state and federal compliance as it relates to advertising messaging.
  • Create monthly reports on website and digital marketing performance, identifying actionable data for strategy adjustment recommendations.
  • Review and report on reputation sites while working closely with the reputation agency.
  • Troubleshoot inventory issues and website errors and support website tool integration.
  • Organize marketing vendor billing and new marketing vendor agreements for the Marketing Director's review.
  • Become the dealership's “Go-To” marketing resource through consistent and timely dealer interactions and consistent communication of strategy performance updates.
  • Manage and organize community partnerships/involvement for each dealership.

 

Qualifications

Along with having a passion for performance improvement with some experience in the automotive landscape, you will also bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • At least three years of Digital Advertising and Retail Operations experience.
  • Experience in the landscape of:
      • E-commerce websites (Automotive websites are a plus)
      • Google Analytics
      • SEO
      • Paid Search
      • Display Advertising
      • Social Advertising
  • Excellent critical analysis and organizational skills, including attention to precise details.
  • Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.
  • Proficiency required using multiple software applications (Excel, Word, Photoshop, Looker Studio, Canva)
  • Must be able to work in and with all social media platforms, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.
  • Retail eCommerce and digital lead process improvement experience is a plus, but we are also seeking candidates with automotive marketing vendor, agency, or OEM experience.
